I support individuals & couples dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, & relationship challenges. I’m a trauma-informed therapist & I utilize various therapeutic interventions including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, & Mindfulness. I encourage clients to focus inward & practice compassionate accountability. I support clients as they learn to allow emotions to inform rather than control.
